Cancellation Policy

What happens if I need to cancel my place?

Please see below for Be In Art’s cancellation policy on the different art class options:

Group courses and workshops

If you have paid a deposit on a course to secure your place these are non-refundable.  Final payment for your course is due the week before it starts. 

If you have paid full price for a course (where no deposit is required) Be In Art can offer a refund or change of date of your class up to 1 week in advance of the class.

With less than 1 weeks notice Be In Art is unable to offer a refund or change of date.

Private 1-2-1 Art Lessons

More than 24 hours notice is required if you need to rearrange a private art lesson.  If cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, Be In Art is unable to offer a refund.

Group Bookings

Depending on size, either a 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to book a group art session, with the final payment due the week before.

Cancellations made by Be In Art

Be In Art reserves the right to cancel any group classes or courses which have 2 or less people booked on them.  Cancellations will be made by email no less than 2 days before the class is due to start, and a full refund will be given, or the option to move your booking to another date.

If Be In Art needs to cancel any event due to illness, a full refund or credit voucher will be given.

If Be In Art needs to cancel due to adverse weather conditions (e.g. heavy snow), she will attempt to reschedule the event or will offer a credit note.
