What happens if I need to cancel my place?

Refunds are available up to 1 week before the start of the course, minus your £100 non-refundable deposit. Final payment for your course is due the week before it starts.
Change of dates
I am able to offer a change of date of your course no later than 1 week before the course is due to start, where further course dates are available.
Can’t make a session due to illness or holidays?
If you are unable to make a session during the term, I’m unable to offer an alternative date to make up the time, or reduced rate or partial refund. I will however ensure that you don’t miss out on the course content.
1/2 or 1 day workshops
I am able to offer a refund or change of date of your class up to 1 week in advance of the class. With less than 1 weeks notice I am unable to offer a refund or change of date.
Private 1-2-1 Art Lessons
At least 24 hours notice is required if you need to rearrange a private art lesson. If cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, I’m unable to offer a refund.
Depending on size, either a 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to book a group art session, with the final payment due the week before, or payment in full if booking close to the date of your session.
Cancellations made by Be In Art
Be In Art reserves the right to cancel any group classes or courses which have 2 or less people booked on them. Cancellations will be made by email no less than 2 days before the class is due to start, and a full refund will be given, or the option to move your booking to another date.
If Be In Art needs to cancel any event due to illness, a full refund or credit voucher will be given.
If Be In Art needs to cancel due to adverse weather conditions (e.g. heavy snow), I will attempt to reschedule the event or will offer a credit voucher.
