Sessions for Groups
These 2 hour sessions, based on the Explore Your Creativity workshops, are a great way to spend some quality time getting creative with your friends. These are suitable for all creative abilities – as the focus is more about having a play, being curious and learning through trying out what different materials can do, rather than producing beautifully crafted paintings.
The sessions can be set up so that you can all create your own artwork, do some fun painting exercises in pairs, or paint a big joint piece of art, or all of the above – and I would be happy to discuss the different options with you.
Group sessions are available for up to 6 people.
Sessions for Families
My family painting sessions are very much driven around what your child or children want to create. As most children will be told what to create at school, I find that they love having the freedom and space to create what they would like to in my studio. There is no right or wrong and there are no strict rules, which help to build their confidence and creativity. And most importantly, the lessons and painting sessions are all about having fun!
The idea of these sessions is that you can either paint some pieces of art together with your children – so you all work on the same piece at the same time, or all produce your own individual pieces. A great way to connect with your children, to see them in action and to be lead by their creative ideas.
Family sessions are available for up to 6 people. The minimum age for children is 3+ (please note your children’s ages when making a booking enquiry).
Sessions for Individuals
These are for you if you would like some focused 1-2-1 support with your painting, or you would like to attend one of my group painting workshops or courses but are unable to make any of the dates. The 1-2-1 sessions are completely tailored to you and what you would like to achieve and create.
What people have to say about these painting sessions….
“We all had an incredible time, thoroughly enjoyed it, and would certainly love to do another session in the future! The whole session was really relaxing, and we all felt inspired afterwards – all thanks to Jane’s creativity and guidance!” James Dennett
“[This] was for myself and a friend and it was such fun! A great way to spend an afternoon catching up and losing ourselves in art. Jane as always was a great host, allowing us to relax and let the art flow in whatever form we felt was right for us. There’s no judgement, just lots of fun!” Sarah Wyatt
“My son has come home so inspired he went straight to the cupboard and got the paints out. He’s currently producing another masterpiece”. Claire Lake
